Enjoy tent camping at Homesteader Park! Homesteader Park in Powell, Wyoming is owned and maintained by the City of Powell. It is well groomed and user friendly for a variety of activities. Powell Rec uses the fields and open spaces for adult and youth programs. It is also home the the Powell Aquatic Center.
